BloomWatchTerms of Service
Effective September 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of BloomWatch (bloomwatch.co), operated by Zager Consulting LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("we", "us"). By signing in or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BloomWatch.
The service
BloomWatch lists recently funded companies and their open roles, scores them against a resume you upload, sends email digests, and can draft outreach messages. The service is free and we may change, limit or stop any part of it at any time.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Only upload a resume that is yours or that you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, crawling or automated bulk access to the site or its data.
- No reselling, republishing or redistributing our data as a competing product or dataset.
- No attempts to break, overload, probe or bypass the security or limits of the service.
- No unlawful, deceptive or abusive use, including sending spam or harassing people.
Your content
You keep ownership of your resume. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, including sending it to the provider listed in the Privacy Policy to generate outreach drafts you request.
Outreach drafts
Drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review and edit them before use. You alone decide whether and what to send, and you are responsible for following the law (including anti-spam law) and the rules of any platform you use.
Data accuracy and no guarantees
Company, funding and job information comes from public sources and automated processing and can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. We do not guarantee accuracy, that any listing is still open, or that any job, interview or outcome will result from using BloomWatch. We are not affiliated with the companies listed. Listings link to third-party sites that we do not control.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we need to protect the service.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAGER CONSULTING LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, INCOME, DATA OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED.
Rights that cannot be limited
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory laws of the place where you live may apply despite the governing law and venue below.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date is at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
